Today we say a fond farewell to our lovely Jessie. 💕👶Jessie joined our baby room straight from school, bringing enthusiasm, kindness and a genuine love for working with our youngest children. From the very beginning, she has been a valued member of our team and has built some wonderful relationships with the children, families and her colleagues. When Jessie joined us, she always planned to return to college in September 2026 to continue her studies in Early Years. While we did our very best to persuade her to stay, we completely understand and support her decision to continue her education and pursue her career goals.Jessie, we are so proud of everything you have achieved during your time with us. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication and the care you have shown to every child in your care. We know you have a bright future ahead of you, and we can't wait to see all that you accomplish. From everyone at Little Learning Ladder Nursery, we wish you the very best of luck in your studies. You'll always be part of the Little Learning Ladder family, and our door will always be open to you. 💗🍎✨

Before the paint washes away and the glitter disappears, remember this... messy play is so much more than making a mess! 🎨✨Messy play helps children develop creativity, problem-solving skills, fine and gross motor skills, confidence, language, and sensory awareness. It encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning through hands-on experiences – all while having lots of fun!So next time your little one comes home a little messier than when they arrived, know they've had a day full of meaningful learning. 💛🖐️

To help prevent spread of many childhood illnesses, in addition to our daily cleaning and sanitising routines we fog the entire nursery with an antiviral solution. Due to the current Meningitis outbreak in the South of England we have added an extra fogging every Wednesday morning prior to the nursery opening.
